Can I get a same-day appointment?
Yes, our medical patients can get a same-day appointment. Some of our services may not be available for same day appointments due to the extensive time needed for the appointment.
What is your new patient procedure?
We ask that new patients arrive 15 mintues prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out a new patient packet. Please bring a photo ID, all insurance cards, list of current medications and medical records, of available, to your appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we accept walk-ins. We encourage all patients to call ahead or schedule an appointment to avoid longer than average wait times.
What payment methods do you accept?
For medical patients we accept cash or most major credit and debit cards.
For special services we can accent cash, money order or cashier's check.
How long will it take for a medication refill?
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all medication refill requests.
Do I need to make an appointment for a drug screening or BAT?
No, we accept walk-ins for drug testing and BAT. It is encouraged to make an appointment to avoid long wait times in the office.
Who do I contact after hours?
If it is a life threatening emergency please contact 911 immediately!
Do you accept Personal Injury cases?
Yes, with the auto insurance claim and police report. If you have these items please call to make an appointment.
Do you accept workman's compensation cases?
Yes, if you have your first incident report and a worker's comp. authorization to be seen at our office. Please call the office to make an appointment.
I can't get ahold of anyone at the office, what should I do?
